Two people died Friday and Saturday in crashes on Minnesota roads, according to the State Patrol.

A 23-year-old man from Long Prairie, Minn., was killed Saturday in a one-vehicle crash in Benton County.

The man, whose name has not been released, was driving a 2002 Toyota Sequoia east on Hwy. 10 in Watab Township when it entered the median and rolled, according to the State Patrol. The crash happened at 11:31 a.m.

The man, who was not wearing a seat belt, was killed. His passenger, Daniel Martinez-Diaz, 19, also of Long Prairie, was wearing a seat belt and suffered noncritical injuries.

A motorcyclist from Lindstrom, Minn., was killed just before noon Friday when his westbound bike collided with a farm tractor at the intersection of Chisago County Road 21 and Hwy. 8. Gregory Michael Stage, 67, died at the scene. He was wearing a helmet, the patrol said.

The tractor driver, Mark Allen Folsom, 59, of Shafer, Minn., was not hurt.

Alcohol was not a factor in either crash, the patrol said.
