Last summer we declared PopCrush Lohan-free, because it was just too annoying to recount all her self-inflicted problems. We said we'd wait until something big happened. It did. TMZ says:

Lohan claims the store loaned her the necklace, and then she gave to her stylist to give back to the store, but the stylist didn't, and why is everyone so uptight and controlling and judgmental and mean? And what are these "rules" and what do you mean about them applying to everyone?
