KSTP meteorologist Chikage Windler will tell the country which way the wind blows this weekend. She's been tapped to fill in on "Good Morning America: Weekend Edition" at 7 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Windler came to the Twin Cities from Boston in October 2006.
