Live from Soldier Field

On the scene for Monday Night Football

December 28, 2009 at 10:37PM

CHICAGO -- We've arrived in the press box at Soldier Field comfortably early for tonight's game.

The temperature outside is actually not that bad right now but it is expected to drop as game time approaches.

Can't say the same thing about the field condition. We don't have field access here but from our view, the surface looks in horrible shape. We'll see if that becomes an issue during the game.

We should get the inactives at 6 p.m. The Vikings don't have any serious injuries right now. Defensive tackle Pat Williams (elbow) was the only player listed as questionable but he is expected to play.

We'll keep you posted on any developments and inactives as kickoff approaches.
