We successfully navigated the icy roads and made it to Mall of America Field at the Metrodome. We wish everyone safe travels today. Take it slow and be careful.
We're settled in the press box for the 100th meeting between the Vikings and Packers.
Sidney Rice is expected to make his season debut after being activated from the physically unable to perform list on Saturday. It will be interesting to see how many snaps he gets and how effective the Pro Bowl receiver will be in his first game back from hip surgery.
His return is good news for Brett Favre, who is facing his former team likely for the final time today. Favre threw three interceptions in the first meeting this season and was criticized by coach Brad Childress afterward for his decision-making.
It's unclear if Favre will have his full complement of receivers though. Bernard Berrian is listed as questionable because of a groin injury. The Vikings are going to test Berrian in early warmups shortly to determine whether he can play and avoid a scenario like last week when he told Childress that he couldn't go after the deadline for declaring inactives.
The Vikings have two offensive linemen who are questionable -- center John Sullivan (calf) and right guard Anthony Herrera (elbow).
Inactives are announced at 10:30 a.m. central. We'll be back shortly with those.
