Wonder if it was a Nano, or a Classic, or maybe a Zune. It would be hard to do time in solitary over a Zune.

He was sent up for a year on a gun beef, and already had a private cell. The cooler will be extra private: He has to stay there 23 hours a day, can only talk on the phone once a week, must eat in his cell and will not be allowed to join in any reindeer games while he has his hour of "recreation."

You may note that he had a charger and headphones only - another prisoner had the Mp3 player. Prisoners can have radios, but they have to buy them at the prison store. This was insufficient for Mr. Wayne, who needed access to new music so he could be up-to-date when he's released; a man has to be up on these things if he's going to compete in the ruthless world of talking and rhyming.

Note that he's in solitary for a month, but still gets out early on "good behavior." Which is apparently now defined as "not knifing anyone up to the hilt."

FILE -- A rent deposit slot at an apartment complex in Tucker, Ga., on July 21, 2020. As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
