Even though Xcel Energy Center reps say it's not yet a confirmed concert, Lil Wayne's handlers went ahead and pulled the trigger -- no bad pun intended -- announcing an Aug. 9 date at the St. Paul arena as part of his summer-long "I Am Still Music" tour. The still-giant little rapper, freed in November on weapons charges after eight months in jail, will be joined by Keri Hilson, the Far East Movement, Rick Ross and Lloyd on his 40-date summer outing. Tickets are expected to go on sale May 20 at prices yet to be announced. Despite his massive record sales, Wayne only drew about 7,500 fans to Xcel Center in 2009, which was only nine months after he played to about 9,000 at Target Center. Sade is already booked to play Target Center on Aug. 9.
