More reason Minnesota needs limits on cell phone use, driving
So now we have confirmation that text messaging can be deadly when operating trains that don't even require attention to steering ("California regulators ban cell use by train operators as engineer's texting probed in crash," Sept. 19). Yet we allow drivers unfettered access to their cell phones in Minnesota despite research that constantly finds automobiles and cell phones to be a lethal combination.
