Much has been reported about the possibility that Tim Pawlenty may be selected as John McCain's running mate.

Doesn't Minnesota's Constitution state the lieutenant governor becomes governor if the elected governor becomes incapable of performing the duties of his office for any reason?

I have to say the idea that someone the Minnesota Senate deemed incapable of leading the Department of Transportation could become Minnesota's governor is a bit disturbing to me.
