Letter of the Day (April 8): Sanford-Fairview proposal

So University of Minnesota officials think they're more qualified than Sanford Health to operate the Fairview system? Having no connection to any of the parties, from what I read Sanford is a first-class, diversified medical organization, whereas the U stumbles from one unaccountable financial mess to another. Am I missing something?
