Over the past 30-plus years, Heartland chef Lenny Russo has been at the helm of many Twin Cities restaurants. Here's a career timeline.

1980s: Nigel's, Rosewood Room, Stonewings, Hosteria Fiorentina, Triggers, Northland Inn.

1990s: Faegre's, Aveda, Blackberry Creek Market, Loring Cafe, New French Cafe, W.A. Frost & Co.

2000s: Heartland, Cue and Level 5 at the Guthrie.
