MADISON, Wis. — The lawyer for a Madison man accused of drugging, assaulting and videotaping women has entered not-guilty pleas on his client's behalf.
A Wisconsin State Journal report (http://bit.ly/1c7TXkF ) says the pleas were entered Monday on behalf of 28-year-old Brian C. Stowe. He's due back in court Sept. 5.
Stowe faces 62 charges. They include 33 counts of second-degree sexual assault, 27 counts of capturing an image of nudity without consent and two counts of possessing a recording of nudity without consent.
The criminal complaint says he sexually assaulted and photographed unconscious women. Prosecutors say most of the victims were his co-workers at a software company.
Stowe also faces a federal charge of using a 17-year-old girl to produce child pornography.
A message left with defense attorney Dennis Coffey wasn't immediately returned.
