TOMAHAWK, Wis. — Law enforcement is looking for a central Wisconsin woman with the early effects of dementia.

According to the Lincoln County sheriff's office, 77-year-old Lena Kriesant (KREE-sahnt) left her Town of Bradley home Friday morning to go to the store and didn't return.

Sheriff's office spokesman Michael Caylor says she apparently drove northwest from there because her credit card was used at about 6:10 a.m. Saturday in Solon Springs in Douglas County. He says she pumped gas, where the attendant reported she was confused.

Caylor says deputies are worried for her safety.

She is driving a 2002 Chevy Venture van, with the Wisconsin plate 285HVX. She is described as 5 feet tall, weighing about 110 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
