The bulk of the storm is targeting the Sierra-Nevadamountains where over a foot of new snow will fall by Friday afternoon.Below is the outlook for the weekend showing a continuation of extremes acrossthe country. Though warm air is building across the South, winter's cold isstill reluctant to leave. The result is a pretty stormy pattern with one systemmoving from the Midwest into the East and another coming into the WestCoast.
