The remodeling sale at the Hyatt Regency Hotel (1300 Nicollet Mall, Mpls., 612-338-1201) will be over within two weeks, said Greg Hall of National Content Liquidators.

Final markdowns on furniture and accessories have been taken on everything, now about 50 percent less than when the sale started in March.

Sample savings include upholstered chairs for $30, large framed mirrors $10, night stands with granite tops $15, plant stands with granite tops $10, office chairs $14, stackable banquet chairs $7.50, and framed art $2.50. Items from Spike's Bar have recently been added. A 10 percent buyer's premium is added to the purchase price.

There are some great deals ($10 plant stands with granite tops) and some not-so-good deals ($75 framed photos from Spike's), but it's worth a look at these prices. Don't see what you want (a mattress, for example)? Ask a salesperson.

Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
