It took nearly four hours, but crews were able to clear the scene of an overturned garbage truck that blocked several lanes of eastbound Interstate 94 in Brooklyn Park on Monday.

The truck overturned on the ramp from southbound Hwy. 169 to eastbound I-94 shortly after 11:30 a.m. The scene was cleared just before 3:30 p.m.

There did not appear to be any injuries, according to Lt. Eric Roeske of the State Patrol.
