Love it while it's here, then forget about it. This gorgeous November weatherwon't continue. While you're enjoying very pleasant weather the next few days, keep in mindthat the northern latitudes are getting colder and colder. Up toward the ArcticCircle, it has already dropped to 20 below zero, and it won't stop there.

Eventually, the arctic express will make tracks toward the south. Currently, there are strong indications that will start to happen later next week.

In the near term, however, the weather will be nothing short of spectacularfrom the Mississippi Valley to the Appalachians. In the South, upper 70s willbe the rule the next three days, and 60s will show up as far north as upstateNew York.

As any old timer will tell you though, any period of unusually nice weatherfrom November on is a harbinger of worse things to come. That's only logical.

Think about it. This all-too-warm air is going to have a big run-in with muchcolder air from the north sooner or later. When that happens, all hell willbreak loose.
