Rep. John Kline and a group of eight House and Senate members are taking a do-over Thursday at the White House.

The group had been scheduled to meet with President Obama last month to talk about education reform, but after assembling, the four House members were called back to the Capitol because of a vote, said Kline spokesman Troy Young.

Thursday's meeting with Obama has the same agenda as the original: the Bush-era No Child Left Behind law. Kline, chairman of the Education and Workforce Committee, is expected to play a major role in how the law is reshaped.

Kline will be joined at the White House by the chairmen and ranking members of the House and Senate committees with jurisdiction over education policy.
