The owner of Kiwi Beach clothing store at Mall of America is closing the doors Sunday. Everything is discounted 40 percent. The warehouse is open Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Shoppers for the colorful womens and girls clothing and accessories will get a better selection of current merchandise and broader size ranges in the store. Discounts are higher at the warehouse, but selection is onsies and twosies. The owner expects to have another warehouse sale in September to clear out what doesn't sell at the mall.

Annette, the owner, says that part of her reason to close the store was the economy, but mostly it was the need to be with family. She lost a sister to cancer this summer and her husband suffered a cardiac arrest. She is looking forward to spending more time with her husband and their 9 year old triplets.
