With high pressure in control, dry weather will dominate Southern Californiaand the southwestern United States today. Optimal weather, having highs in themid-60s to low 70s under partial sun, will stretch from Los Angeles and SanDiego eastward to Phoenix and Tucson.Elsewhere, the weather will stay dry and fairly mild northward to San Franciscoand Sacramento. Areas eastward to Las Vegas and Albuquerque can expect similarconditions.
