Symptoms: Prolonged arsenic exposure has been linked to cancer, diabetes and liver diseases. Symptoms of acute poisoning vary but can include excessive sweating, abdominal pain, shock, problems swallowing and vomiting. Treatment involves removal of arsenic by dialysis or chelating agents.
