Thursday: Debate in Jacksonville, Fla.

Jan. 31: Fla. primary

Feb. 4: Maine, Nevada

Feb. 7: Minn., Colo. (R), Mo.

Feb. 28: Ariz., Mich.

March 3: Wash. (R)

March 6: Super Tuesday: Alaska (R), Colo. (D), Ga., Idaho (R), Mass., N.D. (R), Ohio, Okla. Tenn., Vt., Va.

HOW S.C. DELEGATES ARE ALLOCATED

A candidate is awarded 11 delegates for winning, plus two delegates for each of the seven districts won. The state's Republicans had half of their delegates stripped because they held the primary before party rules allowed.
