Humorist Garrison Keillor plans 26-city 'Radio Romance Tour' of US

ST. PAUL, Minn. — Humorist Garrison Keillor kicks off his 26-city "Radio Romance Tour" next month.

The creator and host of "A Prairie Home Companion" plans 27 concerts, from Washington state to Maine.

Keillor will be joined by comedian Fred Newman, pianist Richard Dworsky and the Guy's All-Star Shoe Band with guitarist Pat Donohue and violinist and mandolin player Richard Kriehn.

The shows will offer more than two hours of duet singing, plus Keillor's Guy Noir Private Eye, poetry and the latest News from Lake Wobegon. The shows will not be broadcast.

The bus tour kicks off July 8 in Spokane, Wash. It wraps up Aug. 6 in Interlochen, Mich.
