Good morning, commuters!

We begin Wednesday on a dry note, but things could bet a little wet after 7 a.m. as the chance of rain goes up, according to the National Weather Service. And the ride home could be a bit bumpy, too.

Currently the roads and weather are quiet. The only snag is road work on northbound I-494 in the area of I-394.

Northstar riders take note. Metro Transit says the first inbound trip will run on the outbound tracks between Anoka and Coon Rapids.

I'll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.

If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.
