It's an active morning already with two crashes out on the system.
Rescue personnel are dealing with a rollover on westbound Hwy. 10 at Armstrong Blvd. in the Ramsey area. The left lane is closed. Prepare for the gawker slow down on the eastbound side.
In Bloomington, a crash is being reported on northbound Cedar Avenue between Hwy. 13 and Old Shakopee Road.
