The ramp from northbound I-35E to Pennsylvania Avenue is blocked with a crash, but it's not affecting freeway traffic.
Elsewhere overnight road work is still in place on westbound I-494 at Cedar Avenue and eastbound at Nicollet Avenue.
A potential hot spot this morning will be on I-35 in Lakeville. The single lane road work has been extended north to County Road 50. It now runs from the Elko/New Market Exit to County 50 until mid-November.
The northbound I-35 ramps from County Road 60/185th Street and northbound I-35 to County Road 50 will close, too.
