Good morning commuters!

We are half way through another work week and weather-wise it should be a delightful day to go for a drive. Sunglasses will be in order, according to meteorologist Paul Douglas.

At this hour, roads are in fine shape with light levels of traffic. In Bloomington, look for some overnight road work that is still in place on eastbound 494 at France Avenue and westbound 494 at Nicollet Avenue. That should be gone in a few minutes.

I will be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.

If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, leave a comment here, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.

As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
