Good morning, commuters!

The road work that caused big backups in downtown Minneapolis on eastbound I-94 is back. MnDOT crews are repairing a noise wall and that has the right lane closed from Huron Blvd. to near Hwy. 280.

Another reminder, with temperatures hovering either side of 10 degrees, there may be icy spots, especially on ramps and bridge decks. Adjust your speeds accordingly.

I'll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.

If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.
