A car vs. deer crash on southbound I-35W at 110th Street has just been cleared up, making us accident free for the moment.
An overnight road project on northbound I-494 at Rockford Road has the road down to a single lane. That should be wrapping up by 6 a.m.
In St. Paul, the ramp from southbound 35E to Maryland Avenue is closed. Motorists should use the Larpenteur Avenue exit then head over to Dale Street for the detour.
If you've ever thought about trying out public transit, today's the day. With it being Election Day, service on Metro Transit buses and trains will be free. Rides also will be free on Plymouth Metrolink, Maple Grove Transit, SouthWest Transit and MVTA buses.
