Good morning, commuters!

We begin Tuesday with a light levels of traffic and a few overnight road projects still underway.

You will see the cones out on northbound 494 at I-394 and ahead at Rockford Road. One lane is blocked in each spot. That should lift by 7 a.m.

The ramp from eastbound 494 to northbound Cedar Avenue by the Mall of America is closed for road construction. That one will be around for a while, so if that's your route, plan an alternate or use the marked detour.

I'll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.

If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.
