We begin with light levels of traffic and roads that are in good winter driving condition.
Metro Transit says the 5:01 a.m. departure of the Northstar Commuter train from Big Lake will leave 10 to 15 minutes late.
I'll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.
