Good morning, commuters!
The rush hour is young and already we are off to a rough start. Black ice has formed on roads making them dangerous as witnessed by the nine spin outs and crashes on the system.
Here is the current list of accidents:
- The ramp from 85th Avenue to southbound Hwy. 169 is closed.
- Southbound 35E at Maryland Avenue
- Eastbound 694 at Lexington Avenue
- Northbound 35W at 28th Street
- Westbound 94 at Hwy. 280
- Southbound 35W at County Road J
- Southbound Hwy. 100 at Brooklyn Blvd
- Westbound 494 at Hwy. 100
- Eastbound 94 at Marion Street
I'll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.
If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.
