Another cold and windy day is on tap, but the roads are dry and in good shape. One note for drivers who use eastbound Hiawatha Avenue: There will be alternating lane closures between Cedar Avenue and 26th Avenue starting at 7 a.m.
I'll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.
