Good morning, commuters!

Overnight road work on westbound Hwy. 10 at Coon Creek Blvd. and on eastbound 494 at Nicollet Avenue is still in place. The good news is at this early hour it is not causing any delays of significance.

Look out for a crash on northbound Hwy. 52 at Southview Blvd. The State Patrol is on the way to deal with that.

Else traffic is rolling along at the posted speeds.

I will be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.

If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.

As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
