Good morning, commuters!

It's back to school for thousands of Minnesota students and those who are attending the University of Minnesota. That will bring school buses to neighborhoods and extra traffic near the U of M campus.

Commuters in the east metro will still run into lane restrictions on Hwy. 36, but the lanes are open at English Street following a 75-day closure.

I will be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.

If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.
