Good morning, commuters!

We start Tuesday with a stall blocking the right lane on northbound Hwy. 100 at 26th Street in St. Louis Park. A state trooper is on the scene.

MnDOT is wrapping up some overnight road work in Bloomington on westbound 494 at Lyndale Avenue where the left lane is blocked and eastbound at France Avenue.

The left lane also is blocked on northbound Hwy. 169 from County Road 18 up to Old Shakopee Road in Shakopee and Bloomington.

I will be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.

If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.

As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
