Good morning, commuters!
The ramp from westbound I-94 to access northbound I-35E in downtown St. Paul is open and will be through Monday. A planned closure that was to have gone into effect this morning has been delayed until Monday.
Currently traffic is moving without incident across the metro as we get the day started.
I'll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.
