Good morning, commuters!

It's another day with good road conditions. We have no accidents or incidents to be concerned with at this hour.

It's road construction that has northbound 35E down one lane in the area of Maryland Avenue. That should lift shortly.

Commuters on Hwy. 13 will experience some slow downs between Chowen Avenue and 35W due to road work.

And the southbound Lafayette Bridge is reduced to a single lane from 94 to Plato Blvd. Yesterday that led to ramp jams from southbound 35E and eastbound 94 to southbound Hwy. 52. That likely will be the case again today.

I'll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.

If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.
