Good morning, commuters!

The roads are in good shape this morning, but visibility is down. It's foggy out there and a light mist is falling, so use caution and be prepared for isolated slippery spots.

The afternoon rush hour could be interesting if the predicted snow arrives. Meteorologist Paul Douglas says a dusting to up to an inch could fall this evening and overnight.

I will be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.

If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.
