Good morning, commuters!

Light rain and damp roads will greet you as you head out this morning. Right now, it's not having any impact on traffic.

Here's a reminder for Crosstown drivers: The ramp from eastbound Hwy. 62 to Penn Avenue will close at 7 a.m. The closure is part of a $1.6 million bridge project that includes removing and replacing the bridge deck, panels and approaches, replacing the bridge rails and upgrading pedestrian crossings at ramp intersections to meet modern accessibility standards.

I will be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and we will need your help.

If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.
