Yes, Virginia, both lanes of northbound Hwy. 169 are open. Southbound Hwy. 169 is still a single lane across the Bloomington Ferry Bridge, but that will be back to full capacity as soon as MnDOT can finish putting down lane markings.
One closure of note, the ramp from eastbound 694 to southbound 35W is closed until Aug. 30.
I'll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.
