Good morning, commuters!

It's all quiet right now, but meteorologist Paul Douglas says things could get a little bumpy this afternoon as severe weather is possible.

The only bumps on the roads at this hour are in the work zones where commuters will find overnight construction that has not lifted yet. Crews are working in the lfet lane on westbound 494 at Nicollet Avenue and they have two lanes blocked on eastbound 494 at France Avenue.

On westbound Hwy. 10, the left lane is now closed between Hanson Blvd. and Foley Blvd. in Coon Rapids.

And a reminder that ramps to and from northbound 35E at Cedar Avenue are now closed for constrruction.

I'll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.

If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.
