Keeping tabs on Monday's morning commute

Good morning, commuters!

Roads are in good condition this morning, but that is expected to change starting this afternoon as the next winter storm moves in. According to the National Weather Service, precip will begin falling as rain and then change over to snow. By the time it's over, the Twin Cities could see 6 to 10 inches of the white stuff.

At this early hour, we have no incidents on the roads.

I'll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.

If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, leave a comment on any of my blog posts, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.
