Good morning commuters.

Another ill-timed snow fall promises to make this morning's drive to work and school slow and difficult. Add to that, the winds are expected to kick up and blow that fluffy snow around. Expect conditions to deteriorate as the snow moves through the metro area.

We are currently accident and incident free, but expect a slow drive. To the northwest, roads are in treacherous. Interstate 94 is closed between Alexandria and Moorhead.

I'll be watching themetro area roads and the rail this morning and letting you know where you will find problems and delays

If you see any congestion or issues, send me a tweet @stribdrive or an e-mail at drive@startribune.com.
