Good morning commuters!

The drive to work and school this week has been adventurous for sure, and the potential exists for another wild commute today.

Temperatures are cold enough in spots that black ice could form and lingering snowy patches on the roads is all that is needed to get a few cars slipping and sliding. Ramps and bridge decks could be tricky.

Roads are listed as being in fair condition.

Currently we have two accidents on the system: . A two-vehicle wreck on the bottom of ramp from 95th Avenue to eastbound 94 in Maple Grove and a fender bender on the right shoulder of eastbound 494 at 5th Avenue in the South St. Paul area.

I'll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails letting you know where you will encounter trouble. If you see anything that would helpful for your fellow commuters, let me know and I can pass it on. Email drive@startribune, leave a comment here or tweet @stribdrive. Not while driving, of course.

Happy trails.
