Good morning, commuters!

It's another chilly rainy morning out there so the commute could be a bit slower than normal. The conditions will warrant slower speeds.

We have a stall partially blocking the ramp from eastbound Crosstown to southbound 35W in Richfield. Look for it on the left shoulder.

A bigger problem for western Wisconsin motorists. A semi hauling hay overturned on the Stillwater Lift Bridge. MnDOT officials say one lane is open at the moment, but at some point the bridge will be closed.

I'll be keeping an eye on the roads and rails this morning, reporting any delays or issues — and I will need your help.

If you see or hear about any congestion, delays or problems, e-mail drive@startribune or tweet @stribdrive.
