Keeping tabs on Friday's morning commute

The northbound lanes on 169 in Bloomington are back to single file for overnight work. And the southbound lanes are still not back to full capacity.

Good morning commuters!

So, what really is going on with Hwy. 169 over the Bloomington Ferry Bridge? The northbound lanes are back to single file for overnight work. And the southbound lanes are still not back to full capacity.

Let's hope all this construction is wrapped up by the end of the day and this whole project will be a distant (bad) memory.

A couple other lane closures are still in place:

East and west Hwy. 10 from Greenhaven Drive to 7th Avenue is down to one lane.

The ramp from southbound 35W to northbound Hwy. 13 is closed, as is the auxiliary lane on the north bouund side of the bridge spanning 35W.

I'll be keeping watch on this morning's rush hour lettting you know where you'll find delays on the roads and rails. If you see any delays or issues, I'd welcome your help. Tweet @stribdrive or email drive@startribune.
