Keeping tabs on Friday's morning commute

I'll be keeping tabs on today's drive to work, letting you know where you will run into problems, issues and delays on the roads and rails.

Good morning commuters.

Thank goodness it's Friday, because after this week we deserve a weekend.

Before we get there, we have another drive to work ahead, and there is just enough precipitation falling to make things interesting. Roads are wet with scattered slick spots.

Currently we have a crash on eastbound 494 at 24th Avenue in Bloomington.

In Minneapolis, watch for a stalled semitrailer truck on westbound 94 at Portland Avenue.

I'll be keeping tabs on today's drive to work, letting you know where you will run into problems, issues and delays on the roads and rails.

I could use your help, too. If you see any problems, leave a comment below, send me an e-mail at drive@startribune.com or a tweet @stribdrive.

Make it a fabulous Friday.
