Karl Rove to speak in Twin Cities this month

Karl Rove, the political mind behind the White House's newest former resident, is coming to the Twin Cities to speak about American conservatism. Rove, former President George W. Bush's longtime political adviser, will be the featured speaker March 25 at a Heritage Foundation panel discussion and dinner.
