Three local media companies win prestigious journalism awards.

KARE's Boyd Huppert will receive his eighth national Edward R. Murrow award, which were announced Tuesday by the Radio Television Digital News Assocation. The Star Tribune will take home its 3rd national Murrow award, this time for "Lost Warriors," a look at how families struggle with military suicides.
